YUSRA MART – Shipping Policy
Delivery Within Pakistan
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners including Leopards Courier, TCS, and Trax. Estimated delivery timeframes are:
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–4 business days
- Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping: PKR 200–350 depending on weight and location
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000 (where applicable)
- Exact shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Simply place your order and pay the courier in cash upon delivery. COD is available on all eligible orders. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can track your order on the courier's website or contact us for updates.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp or phone. We'll arrange a return or exchange at no extra cost for valid claims.
